The Cottage has oil central heating, electricity, mains water supply and its own septic tank (eco friendly products provided). There is a CD/radio/cassette player, dishwasher, microwave, fitted fridge, hob and oven. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided. All fuel/electricity' included in the price.

The garden has (Easter to October) table and chairs and a BBQ. The nearest Pub is a three minute walk away. 'Tuffins' large rural supermarket, with an 'all-day' good value cafe is 3 miles away in neighbouring Churchstoke along with the The Court House and The Horse and Jockey (both pubs serve food) and The Golden Fish Chinese takeaway.

A welcome pack awaits your arrival, consisting of: bread; milk; butter/spread; marmalade/jam; coffee; tea; sugar and a bottle of wine.
The nearest station is in Welshpool, 9 miles away.
